I would just like to take a minute to let you know about the very positive experience I recently had at Fred Haas Toyota. My wife and I stopped in the other day to schedule an appointment for my 30,000 mile service on my Tacoma. I also had an electrical glitch in my radio. Mr. Rick Rawlings took care of us on the spot. I explained to Mr. Rawlings we were on our way to the eye doctor. He asked how long we had? We were headed to my eye in downtown Houston for my eye surgery in less than twenty minutes.
Mr. Rawlings called us and said my radio was indeed bad and he had a new on ordered for us. A few days later I had a scheduled appointment to have my radio exchanged. Again Mr. Rawlings had me in and out in about 30 minutes. I also watched him handle a grumpy customer in a very professional manner while I was waiting for my radio service work.
I run one of the largest archery shops in Texas. We do a little over a million dollars in inventory a year. I know and appreciate good customer service. This is my second vehicle from Fred Haas and surely not my last. Keep up the great service! I’m sure Fred Haas will be around for a long time. I tell all my friends and customer about your dealership that asks about my vehicle.

As you may recall, you were recently involved in the replacement of a damaged wheel for my silver Tundra. After numerous delays (due to the delivery company damaging the wheels), the new wheel arrived and was installed on my truck. Sparky Twyford is my service advisor. Sparky did a great job of keeping me apprised of the situation. His sense of humor, enthusiasm, and energy level is beyond my belief. Please pass on my thanks to him once again.
After having the wheel replaced, I asked sparky for advice on replacement tires for my tundra. After installation of the new tires recommended by sparky, I am astounded at the difference in the ride and reduction of road noise. I have purchased numerous sets of new tires in my lifetime, but this is the first time I have experienced such a noticeable positive difference.
I wanted to commend your service department for taking care of the damaged wheel and for having people like sparky on staff to assist customer. Sparky makes the service task a truly pleasurable experience. I also want to thank you for the attention that you gave me in this regard. I can honestly say that the service I have received at Fred Haas Toyota in Spring, TX was first class! Thank you again.

I’m writing this letter to commend Mauricio Coto for the courtesy he showed us when we visited the dealership. We decided to purchase a truck a while back and first visited the dealership around July 18th. Mauricio greeted us and showed us several trucks. We test drove a Tacoma but, decided it was too small. Next we looked at the test drove the Tundra Double Cab. We knew this was the truck we wanted. Mauricio spent a lot of time with us to pick out the unit we wanted. We made him walk a lot and I mean we walked from one side of the dealership to the other. He was always cordial and patient he gave us the products and service you proved and sell. He didn’t pressure us and was very understanding when we came back several times to look at different trucks. With his help we purchased our new tundra Friday august 27th and picked it up on august 30th. We purchased our last new truck in 1993. It is 17 years old and has 212,673 miles on it so as information to aid us in choosing the right truck for our needs.

Mr. Hutching helped me work through a difficult situation. I purchased a new Camry in June 2009 from Mr. Hutching. Approximately a year later, the car was totaled. I came back to the dealership because my first experience with Mr. Hutching. His knowledge of the products and customer service skills sold me on the Camry. As part of the original purchase, Mr. Hutching explained about the Gap insurance. This was the first time I had ever been offered this product. If Mr. Hutching had not recommended the Gap insurance, the Camry would not have been paid off now. There would have been a note on the Camry and I would also have needed financing for another vehicle. This would have been a financial hardship that was eliminated. Mr. Hutching helped me find the vehicle I was looking for, get financing and close the deal. Thank you and your staff for providing excellence in Customer Service. I have already and will continue to recommend the dealership to my friends, co-worker and family.

I wish to write to commend one of your associates that I found to be outstanding during my recent search for a replacement for my ageing Impala. During the course of a week I have met salespeople from Alvin to Katy to Spring. Most have been pleasant, a few awful, but none of them stood out like Kelvin White. Over the course of several visits to your dealership I spent almost three hours with him as he and I drove cars and discussed my options. I don’t think I have ever felt as comfortable or at ease in what is normally quite a stressful situation. Kelvin deserves full credit for my decision to purchase my Camry from Fred Haas and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

We purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry Hybrid from Ms. Beth Elliott last august 29, 2010. My wife and I dropped by the dealership on our way back home to Dallas as I promised to Beth as we were interested in the vehicle and the deal offered by Fred Haas Toyota (but not fully convinced) The rest is history. We drove back to Dallas in our Brand new vehicle!
Beth Elliott is a consummate sales professional and a true credit to your dealership. I have purchased quite a few vehicles in Dallas and Houston and have dealt with numerous sales people and Beth stands out above the rest.
We are very positive impressed with the after sales treatment that we received from Beth bar none. All other times, all we have received were thank you notes from other dealerships and a couple of service orientation from the dealerships hawking their services. Beth made sure that little things are taken care of and that we are COMPLETELY happy with the purchase from Fred Haas.
Will we do business with Fred Haas Toyota again and will we recommend the dealership to our friends? THE ANSWER IS AN UNEQUIVOCAL YES! And it’s because of Beth’s excellent after sales follow-up. She definitely topped our expectations (and we are not easy to please) and raised the bar of what we should expect, to both.

Being a widow it was overwhelming for me to think of car shopping and I was so delighted when Greg offered to take me out to look for a new car. After driving both the Camry and Avalon I loved them both. After much thought I decided upon the Avalon only because you made it affordable to me. It seemed to be more the size I was used to driving. I was sort of sad to giving up my much loved Mercedes however, upon driving the new Avalon off your lot I have not had on thought of the Mercedes. This car is beautiful and drives like a dream. Their calls before the sale and since then sale have been so kind and much appreciated. Syed ali was so informed and helpful regarding information about the cars. On July 18 my wife and I went to Fred Haas Toyota World because of an ad in the newspaper for the red tag sale. The ad had a Jeep Cherokee for $6998 which we thought would be a great car for our teenage daughter. When we arrived at Fred Haas Toyota World we were greeted by Syed Shah. I told him we wanted to see the Jeep Cherokee and he got the keys and took us over the car. Although we didn’t like the Jeep Cherokee because of the excessive miles and the broken windshield Mr. Shah continued working with us showing us several other cars and SUV’s. He was very professional and patient with us. He gave us excellent customer service, was never pushy, and took his time to help us find the right car. He found a 2002 Rav4 that was perfect for us. I would highly recommend him to all of our friends.
